The room was exceptionally comfortable and attractive, included ironing facilities, an iPod docking station, and a radio. Location: the hotel was short walk to lovely gardens on the outskirts of Geraldine as well as long drive up the South Island. We loved the property and would return there.

Upgraded to a spacious double room with amazing views - such a nice touch! the location is great, in a peaceful area that makes it easy to get around everywhere. 🌟

It was a shame the hosts didn't invite us to use the lounge in the evening like other B&B's where we have stayed previously.

The value for money at Riverstone House was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, with direct access to the beautiful garden. The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while watching the abundant birdlife. The hosts, Ken and Jenny, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Although generally a pleasant stay, the lack of seating in the room made it difficult to relax and limited options for activities. The noise level during the night was also somewhat disruptive, making it hard to achieve a good night's sleep.
